    Create the memorial

    Open the Legacy Mark app or sign in on the web. A guided 5-step wizard walks you through every chapter — basic details, life story, service and work, personal portrait, and the legacy they leave behind.

    • Basic info — name, dates, portrait, epitaph
    • Life story — childhood, career, family, passions
    • Service & work — military, occupation, employer
    • Personal — achievements, hobbies, music, pets
    • Legacy — values, lessons, message to the future
  2. 02

    Generate the QR code

    Every memorial receives a unique short URL and a high-error-correction QR code, available as an engraver-ready SVG for monuments and a high-resolution PNG for stickers and cards.

    • Permanent short URL — never changes
    • SVG vector — for stone engravers
    • PNG raster — for stickers, cards, jewelry
    • Error correction level H — readable as the stone weathers
  3. 03

    Place it on the stone

    Send the SVG to your monument company, or affix the weather-resistant sticker yourself. The QR is built to last decades of sun, rain, and seasons. We also offer engraved bronze plaques as an upgrade.

    Anyone can scan and remember
