Engraved plaque add-ons
Engraved bronze plaques are physically produced to your specification and become non-refundable once production begins. If you cancel before production begins, we refund in full.
After refund
When a plan is refunded, the corresponding QR access is deactivated. The memorial content itself is preserved — anyone can reactivate the QR with a new plan at any time, and the story returns instantly.
