Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Backup administrators are granted edit access by the primary administrator and bound by these same terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to a memorial. By publishing, you grant Legacy Mark a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content to visitors of the memorial. You represent that you have the right to publish all content you submit.
Acceptable use
Memorials must commemorate real human beings (or, where applicable, beloved pets). Memorials must not contain unlawful, harassing, or deliberately deceptive content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Service availability
We make every reasonable effort to keep memorial pages available at all times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but commit to industry-standard uptime and prompt restoration in the event of outages.
